What makes us different?
'McKenzie V Mckenzie' was a divorce case in 1969. Robert McKenzie lost his case, as he was unable to afford a solicitor. In 1970 The Court of Appeal ruled that he may not have lost- had he had representation. The right of a 'Mckenzie Friend' is legally allowed to this day, providing help and support to those facing legal situations, that cannot afford extortionate solicitor fees. Harlow law comprises of McKenzie Friends, with years of experience we provide excellent legal help, on par with solicitors- as we specialise in employment and civil cases.
